ICOUNT Posted March 21, 2009 Report Posted March 21, 2009 If you have a client with a number of pages of stock transactions---do you copy the pages and paper file the return. It would seem that this situation cuts down on the number of E-file returns. Has the IRS a stated policy on this? Thanks Quote

If so, you can format that spreadsheet for import. Then you can e-file. Doesn't answer your question except sort of sideways. Quote
Lion EA Posted March 21, 2009 Report Posted March 21, 2009 Follow the directions for Schedule D for attaching quasi D-1s to Form 8453 to mail in while e-filing the return. Quote
