New computer with Vista

Ok - -I can't believe it, but the old standby finally bit the dust - - -now of ALL times - -

Downloaded the program off the internet - -all appeared to go well - -hoever, I cannot upgrade the forms & I cannot print - -even thought the printer works for other programs - -

Am I missing something?
