1099'S still marked transmitted to EFC

I have 3 sets of 1099's still marked this from 1/21/09. I know acceptances come in slow for 1099's, but this is ridiculous. Who should I contact to check on this.

Try syching with ATX. I got my acceptance within a few days on a 1099.

I tried that this morning. Still the same status for those 3. The rest of the 1099 files (approx 10), all came through with no problems, within a reasonable time. I would try to paper file, but do not have any pink copies. I guess they will be perceived as "late". ugh

Still have about 12 1099s showing "transmitted". Last year it seemed like ATX stopped processing them after late January, until about 3rd week of March. I have had about 4 or 5 get accepted, but the rest are sitting in limbo. This is bothersome, but I am not really worried yet.

I had one transmitted to ATX on 3/14 that took 5 days for ATX to send on to Martinsburg. I emailed ATX but they had no explanation for the delay, only that they were aware of the problem. I just got the ack back yesterday.

I had to badger them in February, called and emailed repeatedly, synch'ed multiple times, finally got them all. Get on their case.

Thanks Margaret.... I tried your "badger" tactic. Carrie in ATX CS got all fixed except one remaining. Hopefully fixed soon.

Just another clarification despite the fact that this is old - for some reason there was a huge problem processing 1099s of any type and some of those Jan/Feb submissions were still sitting there at the end of March. This should be resolved by now and if any of them are still out, contact CS because it probably slipped through the cracks. I've seen quite a few of those.
