I guess I always thought we couldn't e-file with form 4852. Can we? Or will it get rejected? (I just figured that it wouldn't let me create the e-file in the first place but it will let me) Quote

David1980 Posted February 12, 2009 Report Posted February 12, 2009 Yeah you can efile with it. You retain it instead of the W-2 with the 8879/other docs. If you can't get an EIN, then you are forced to paper file it. Quote
