Has anyone received the error code?

I have a return that keeps getting this code

and I can't find out why.

This is not in ATX but TRX Taxwise.

The person I spoke to in support was no help at all.

I posted it in the TRX community of the forum, but not on their official forum cause I don't trust CCH.

As you are well aware they are the ones that pulled the plug on ATX while I had 2 posts that I was waiting for some insight to.

IMO, I don't think CCH owns TRX. I could be wrong though. I tried googling that information last week and all I could find was this. TRX is a community of tax preparers who pay a membership fee to get tax software for free or at discount prices. TRX just happened to be selling software that was bought out by CCH. This is not to say that they don't have their hands into TRX, but I couldn't find anything factual on the topic.

If this is an IRS error code, I think the problem might be with using the self select pin instead of practioner pin. I'm not at all sure of this, but if you used the self select pin, you might try switching to the practioner pin.
