ed_accountant Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 Good and only 10 more weeks of tax season... Quote
mcb39 Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 Just two more reasons to call this Black Monday......besides the phone, appointments, drop-ins, people that think I have nothing more to do than talk about THEIR problems..........and now you tell me we have 6 more weeks of this horrible winter and ten more weeks of tax season. I wonder if I can survive! Oh, yes, and as someone else pointed out, they are already asking if it's done yet and how much is my refund? Have a great second month of tax season everyone! Quote
Catherine Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 Watch for the viral video soon -- something my girls and I made up years ago on Groundhog Day, stuck in the car somewhere. (to the tune of "Deck the Halls") 'Tis the season to eat groudhog Fa la la la la, la la la la If the groundhog sees his shadow Fa la la la la, la la la la There will be lots more winter Fa la la, la la la, la la la Instead, let's have groundhog for dinner! Fa la la la la, la la la la! Quote
jainen Posted February 3, 2009 Report Posted February 3, 2009 >>you tell me we have 6 more weeks of this horrible winter<< Six more weeks, is it? Maybe that will be enough time for my roses to stop blooming so I can trim 'em back a bit. Quote
Virtual Managed Solutions Posted February 3, 2009 Report Posted February 3, 2009 Here in Maine, we don't go by the '6 more months' rule. Doesn't matter, we'll still be seeing snow up through June. Quote
JRS Posted February 3, 2009 Report Posted February 3, 2009 In northern California, we normally go by the three month rule. This year, though, it has been like spring since Christmas. AND, the roses are beautiful and the trees are all budding out. BUT, no rain, then no water for the gardens this summer. Quote
