Eli Posted August 10, 2007 Report Posted August 10, 2007 I went to the Star Hotel while in Elko, Nevada. It was great food (and lots of it). The whole dispatch group I was working with went together. I had the Mountain Trout. It all started with the drinks, then they brought fresh bread, then soup, salad, beans, french friens, green beans & finally the main dish. The trout was great. I definitely would go back to eat there if I ever make it back to Elko again. I also won a $250 jackpot on a slot machine in one of the casinos The Hospitality of the people there, the beautiful Ruby Mountains, the jackpot & the 107 hours of overtime made it a great two weeks!!
