michaelmars Posted January 28, 2009 Report Posted January 28, 2009 has anyone received an ack for NY-204LL? prosystem and lacerte are having problems getting them approved and are working with nys on getting mandatory efile waivers. atx can't even tell me if they are having an issue with them and unable to tell me if any have gotten approved yet. person at cust service is obnoxious and condensending and said if there was a problem i am sure they would have communicated with you. these are due 1/30 and i can't find out if they were even sent to ny yet. kcjenkins Posted January 31, 2009 Report Posted January 31, 2009 Gee, why couldn't the jerks go ahead and state that late returns would not be penalized? Since it is THEIR problem, that seems to be a basic fari play. I'm glad I don't have to file any NY returns. Quote
michaelmars Posted January 31, 2009 Author Report Posted January 31, 2009 they did yesterday afternoon but now we have to redo them all because the previously selected payment date is more than 3 days old, a no-no to ny. me and one staff person has spent 4-5 billable days trying to get a one page form filed for about 650 clients between my prosystem and atx software. - maybe i can send a bill to nys.
