grandmabee Posted January 27, 2009 Report Posted January 27, 2009 This year we can't override line 21 to put in title. Makes me us "see attached Schedule" and have an extra page. OR am I just missing how to do it this year. Any help Quote
TAXBILLY Posted January 27, 2009 Report Posted January 27, 2009 You're not missing something. It's true that you can't override this year. I wonder who came up with that idea? Probably the same person who changed the other deductions section of Schedule C where you have to go to another worksheet to enter what you used to enter directly in that section. taxbilly Quote

I'd say "if it aint broke, don't fix it." ........ And try to fix the things that are "broken" Quote
Virtual Managed Solutions Posted January 28, 2009 Report Posted January 28, 2009 No overrides this year? That's news to me as well.. Thanks for the info TAXBILLY. Quote
taxxcpa Posted January 28, 2009 Report Posted January 28, 2009 No overrides this year? That's news to me as well.. Thanks for the info TAXBILLY. I never liked those "see attached schedule" when there was no need for a schedule. I always changed the wording on line 21 as well as when a form 2106 was the source of a Schedule A deduction.. I would just change it to say "Form 2106"/ Now you probably will have to add a lot of new, useless attachments. Quote
Virtual Managed Solutions Posted January 28, 2009 Report Posted January 28, 2009 ATX did it just to make you work harder, I mean, it's not like you guys are that busy anyway, right? Now I'm going to use my ninja like skills and go hide for a bit. Quote
