Cathy Posted January 26, 2009 Report Posted January 26, 2009 Just to let everyone know, I just got off the phone with technical support and there seems to be a bug in e-filing form 4864 when a taxpayer does not itemize deductions....it's something new this year for specific losses, such as a loss in a Federal declared disaster area. I got to a tech support person very quickly and she reviewed the e-file errors I was receiving when trying to e-file and has now sent my file to the proper department to check for the bug that does not allow the return to be e-filed. Fix shouldn't take long from what I was told...just wanted spread the word. Cathy Quote
