jasdlm Posted January 25, 2009 Report Posted January 25, 2009 Any hints? I continue to be told that my account is locked and I need to contact customer service. I might as well put in a call to the man in the moon. I am incredibly grouchy. (I do, however, realize that this is ultimately my fault for signing up with ATX yet again.) Thanks in advance to anyone who can give me a hint. I've typed in my client ID and ADMIN for the UserID. Maybe they reset my password since I never was able to log on last year? Aaargh! Thanks again. TAXBILLY Posted January 25, 2009 Report Posted January 25, 2009 Your password is 15 characters long and must be typed in exactly as you created it according to their rules. When you call write down the password exactly and access it while you have them on the phone. taxbilly Quote
jasdlm Posted January 25, 2009 Author Report Posted January 25, 2009 Thanks so much. I didn't realize I had a 15 letter password. Were they ever going to send it to me, I wonder? I'll call tomorrow. Thanks again, Taxbilly! Quote
JRS Posted January 25, 2009 Report Posted January 25, 2009 When I was locked out, late at night, I sent them an email and they responded the next day. The account was reset and I needed to use my activation code as the password. Quote
