changing my e-mail

Where in the ATX Support can I find the option to change my E-mail? I already faxed the request to the appropriate department (I thought that was enough) but customer support says I need to change it mayself online olso.

I"m sorry julie. Where is my profile? (that's what I have being looking for but I can't find it) Manage my account selection does not work also.

Log in to ATX Support.

In the listing at left of the page, click the 3rd item "Contact Information".

When the box appears, you will see a list that contains your name, email address & user name.

To the right of your user name, click on "Manage Users".

The next screen should 2 lines. First one for the Admin name, the second should be your user name.

Click "Edit" next to your user name, and then you should see a place to change your email address.

I got that screen before (I dont' remember how) but I never thought that's the one.
