L.S. Posted January 16, 2009 Report Posted January 16, 2009 Is there a way to make a list of those clients who used the standard deduction in the 2007 program? I want to put in notes in their files to remind me of the standard deduction being increased by real estate taxes. Thanks Quote
TAXBILLY Posted January 16, 2009 Report Posted January 16, 2009 In the 2007 program click on the Tax Warehouse tab just above the line that says Returns and move to the right to the column that says Total Deductions. Put your mouse on the words Total Deductions and click once. You can then scroll down and mark those returns that show the standard deduction and print it out for reference. taxbilly Quote
JRS Posted January 16, 2009 Report Posted January 16, 2009 You can go to Tax Warehouse and check the box in front of your standard deduction clients then click on reports and click print marked clients. The only problem you will get is seven pages with a line for each client! It will print a list, but it will print all columns in tax warehouse. You might try Accts Receivable, it will print two pages. I can't find an easier way. To save paper, print it PDF. Quote

Instead of Print marked client list, you can Export marked client list, then work with it in Excel--get rid of excess columns. Quote
