gjax Posted January 15, 2009 Report Posted January 15, 2009 Has anybody figured out why or how to get rid of the problem of ATX not allowing a numerical entry with cents in it? I have gotton use to inputting whole dollars BUT if you roll a return from the previous year...ATX will roll over numbers (in some cases with 4 to 6 decimals) (like the NOL amounts). Also..watch out for the roll-overs in 2008 program...... the NOL has been wrong on 3 of my returns so far. It has been reported to ATX tech support....still waiting on a fix! Quote
OldJack Posted January 15, 2009 Report Posted January 15, 2009 It would appear that CCH programmers are not aware of rounding formulas. Quote
Julie Posted January 15, 2009 Report Posted January 15, 2009 I've complained a number of times about errors on California returns....every now and then one won't efile because the numbers don't add up to the total. Yes, it's a one-dollar rounding error. Eight years, and still not fixed. If I override the total, it works fine. Quote
