BTS Posted March 15 Report Posted March 15 We are not open to the public on weekends so we can get stuff done. Plus I can crank the music !!!! Nothing better than classic Sabbath, Aerosmith, Steely Dan and Zep !!! 7 2 Quote
jklcpa Posted March 15 Report Posted March 15 If you like that era and are willing to see tribute bands, I'd highly recommend Magical Mystery Doors. We've seen them several times including last night, and all are very talented musicians. They actually combine songs in unique ways with lyrics of one band's song over instrumental of another band. They cover The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, and The Doors. They are local-ish regional to us but are gaining a following farther away now. If you want to see original artists and don't mind slightly older back to the 60s, both Tommy James and Eric Burdon put on awesome concerts and are still high energy shows. 2 Quote

Yes I love the 60's too. In rotation is everything from Benny Goodman to Pink Floyd. Will check out Magical Mystery Doors on YouTube if they are on there. Great band name. 2 Quote
Abby Normal Posted March 15 Report Posted March 15 I always preferred instrumental music during crunch time. Mike Oldfield and Two Siberians were my go to. 3 Quote
Randall Posted March 16 Report Posted March 16 I can't work anymore with music, even the elevator music. Back in my younger days, I could work statistics problems, long hand on paper while cranking up the rock music. 3 Quote
joanmcq Posted March 16 Report Posted March 16 I have problems working to music too. Can't multi task. And this bothers me because I love music! 3 Quote
Randall Posted March 16 Report Posted March 16 I'm still trying to dig a pigmy. At least we know how many holes it takes to fill the Albert Hall. 1 3 Quote
