Marie Posted March 10 Report Posted March 10 putting info in like usual, but now the scholarship amount keeps showing up as income. Seems like something as changed. Scholarships are less than tuition, getting the lifetime learning credit for the difference , but can't seem to elimainate the program making the scholarship taxable. I can override and get rid of the amount, but don't like to do that. Has anyone had this problem? Quote
Hahn1040 Posted March 14 Report Posted March 14 did you check the box that student is a candidate for a degree on the input screen? If not a candidate for degree, then scholarship is taxable 1 Quote
