How to I tell my 1040-v that this is for a 1040-x

the 1040-v automatically fills in the address for the regular payment.  But we need to send a payment for the 1040x which is a different address.  I can't figure out how to get the address to fill in for the 1040x info on the voucher.

I don't think it goes to a different address.

Ok- I thought you mailed the voucher to the address that was on the 1040x.
