Montana Tax Return Not Approved for Paper Filing (Cannot even print a pdf for client to review before filing)

As a Montana tax preparer, I am unable to finalize my client returns due to the state return not being approved for paper filing. Fine, I am not paper filing anyway, but I do need to allow my clients to review their returns before electronically filing and I cannot even get a watermarked copy to print to pdf. No response from ATX support yet. Any work around?
