ATX software

Hello everyone! I just got a letter stating that ATX will no longer have Client write-up or payroll. Makes me wonder if they are going out of business. What is everyone using? For everything. To prepare taxes, write-up and payroll.

Can you copy and paste the letter? Was it email or snail mail? I use ATX payroll and will be mightily disappointed if it is d/c’d.

Yeah, me too.   It is what makes Max worth the price.

I haven't got the letter yet.  I have payroll for 2024.  I guess the letter means next year, 2025.

I received my letter yesterday.

At the end of 2025, they will no longer support live payroll and client accounting suite.

I am using both software, for live and after the fact payroll.

Would be interested in what others are using.

I use Medlin for my small payroll and I use ATX for the 1099s.  Maybe we can sweet talk our friends at Medlin to offer a 1099 program.

Medlin is in the process of adding efiling of W 2s and 1099s for next year
