Please help with this error. ATX support is blaming it on anything except their software. Any help will be appreciated?

This happens from time to time.  I agree with Abby.  You have no choice other than to exit.  Close down the program and restart your computer.  Restart ATX.

Thanks for the quick response. None of the solutions proposed here works
I have tried everything possible including reinstalling windows.
It all started after a month vacation. Everything was fine till then. On my return and first login, the issue started. It's a new computer - 10 mths old (Dell XPS 8960 and 64GB RAM)
I paid DELL 3rd party application support team to look at the software compatibility issue, but found none and refer back to software make i.e ATX
I paid a seasoned Microsoft MCSE working for HP, who reinstalled windows and still not working.
I called ATX support 2 times, they remoted and refer me back to reinstall windows
Funny enough the ATX 2024 worked, but none of the previous years does. The Payroll too is not loading (all years)
I check AI to debug the errors, it directs me to contact the software support.
I have requested escalation to ATX support 2nd level for the past 5 days, and they've not contacted me till now>

Has anybody gone through this unfortunate incidence to help me out. Thanks
