akolek Posted October 4, 2024 Report Posted October 4, 2024 E-Filed 1120 Fed, trying to e-file FL 1120A. E-filed extensions for both earlier in the year. When I select E-file, the FL 1120 form does not show up to e-file Quote
BrewOne Posted October 4, 2024 Report Posted October 4, 2024 you may have to use the Florida Dept of Revenue's efile program: https://www.floridarevenue.com/Forms_library/current/f1120a.pdf Quote
akolek Posted October 5, 2024 Author Report Posted October 5, 2024 I e-filed the Florida extension, accepted. Why can't I e-file the 1120 Form? Client is registered for e-services with FL DOR so I can't do it that way. They had someone else e-file sales tax for them and they refuse to share user id and pw. Quote

Do you need to change a checkbox on the FL1120EF INFO form in ATX or some other place to tell the program that the extension was previously filed and you are now ready to file the 1120 itself? Sorry I can't look into it further for you; the last year I used ATX was for 2011. I don't see why you can't file the FL 1120 if ATX has the EF INFO form in its program. Quote
