error with 990-pf

Hi,

Need urgent help. Previous 990-PF returns were incorrectly filed, as a Private foundation that is taxable (Box H) is checked. How do I fix it, this year and last year returns, that have to be filed? The IRS e-file database rejects it, because they have the organization correctly listed as a tax exempt non profit. But it needs to be changed going forward in ATX.
