ATX Pay-Per-Return

I always prepay for the ATX tax software in advance (to catch the early bird special).  But I just attempted to open previously filed tax returns and create a new return and received a pop-up box stating that I MUST manage PRS Funds before I am able to perform any actions with returns.... Can someone explain what this command is and why is my account suddenly prompted to perform this action if the software was previously paid for unlimited access???

Which version did you buy? Max, 1040, Advantage?

ATX Max... (including the Payroll package

Consult your sales rep or support.  I am always able to open prior years and prepare new returns for non-filers.  You just cannot efile prior to 2021.
