can a WI mfj couple file MFS fed and MFJ WI?

To WI tax preparers - I think I asked this before and I tried to search for this..

If it makes more sense to file MFS for whatever reason - Can the couple then file MFJ to get the married couple credit?

WI seems vague about it?
