schirallicpa Posted March 20, 2024 Report Posted March 20, 2024 You know how on the insurance commercial the aunt is going thru the fridge pulling stuff out: "Expired!" "Expired!" "Expired!" I want my efile rejections to say "Rejected!" "Rejected!" "Rejected!" Quote
mcb39 Posted March 20, 2024 Report Posted March 20, 2024 Only two rejections so far this year; and very easy to fix. It DOES say Reject in bright red. Quote
schirallicpa Posted March 20, 2024 Author Report Posted March 20, 2024 I know it's red. Most of mine reject because I create it and then it's more than 5 days when the client signs and pays. I'm just thinking it would be a little more fun. 1 Quote
joanmcq Posted March 22, 2024 Report Posted March 22, 2024 I wish. All of mine are rejecting now. I have tried everything. My case was supposed to be moved up to the next level of techs but I did not get a call back today. If I don't get one tomorrow I will scream. 4 Quote

This worked for me. click "Support" and "About" mine says Version 23.1.8752.41567 I used the recommended resolution for EFC Reject 38: close return, click Support, then Customer Service Utilities, select Refresh App Configurations this has apparently not fixed it for everyone, according to what I'm seeing on Facebook 2 Quote
joanmcq Posted March 22, 2024 Report Posted March 22, 2024 yeah, that didn't do a damned thing. I'm on hold with a tech right now. She seems to think its because my Windows isn't up to date. I have EfileRules.xml 18.15. Apparently that gave the tech a pretty good laugh. This woman seems to know her stuff. 1 Quote
Randall Posted March 23, 2024 Report Posted March 23, 2024 Sorry that didn't work. I hope you get it fixed. Quote
joanmcq Posted March 26, 2024 Report Posted March 26, 2024 I don't know what I did, but it works now. Hubby fiddled around with windows updates, but they were all up to date. But then it all updated and the efiles filed. 5 Quote
