I recently had reason to call the help line for a matter involving E-Services. I was transferred to a lady on the phone who was quite helpful, but spoke with an Indian accent that you could slice with a knife. Please don't tell me that our goverment agencies are also sending jobs overseas.

Yes, that has been true but that person could have been an employee here in US. Our new president has recognized this problem and promised to do something about it. How many of his promises will become reality remains to be seen.
