Program Taking 3 Minutes to Open

Migrated to a new server (2017-2023), restored all returns from backup . Redirected all workstations to new server , and they all report the correct server in admin console.  All take multiple minutes to open.  On the one pc that we had to install 2023 fresh it loads fine.  Tried uninstalling/reinstalling multiple times, to no avail.  All versions open fine on the server itself.  Tried clearing registry keys. Nothing works. Help

I'm not sure what your issue is but you might have moved your data wrong, if you mean that you used ATX to restore its backups of returns.
