Do you have a document charging mandatory interest for $20K?

I wonder if someone has a loan document charging at least mandatory interest at the end of the 18 months period or paying the interest every 6 months.  If you do, please share it, if not what the interest imputed rate for 2024?

I just find a note form online and fill in the details and print a loan amortization schedule if needed.
