2003 Program question

Have to go back to 2003 program for new client

He has about 20 rentals Question is I have to open 7 Sch E P 1 to get all the properties listed and each property has its own 4562 to get the depreciation listed. Is this correct? I did not see a place to add properties to the first Sch E?

That is correct, back then you could not show extra columns you just add as many forms as you need, like we had to do with paper returns.

Working in one of the old programs tends to remind you how much the program has improved, doesn't it?

How true.

This week I had to open 2004 Zillion forms to work up a corp return. It's slow, clunky, forgets what returns it has in its data base, and even crashed on me once. I had to close & reopen it twice just to load one state form. I can't believe how slowly it prints.
