Burke Posted April 14, 2023 Report Posted April 14, 2023 All bank info is input and electronic draft is requested for amount due on Payment & Refund Info screen under 1040 EF Information. Bank account info does not appear on federal or state return form 1040. State return does not have Payment and Refund page under SC EF Info. If I check ACH debit box on SC Page 3, it says Enter date, amt, and bank acct info on Line 37. It does not auto populate, and I cannot override. How will it process? Quote

Pacun Posted April 15, 2023 Report Posted April 15, 2023 I guess the solution is to select electronic payment VS paper. If selected properly, run efile file creation and then you will be asked when you want to pay and HOW much you want to pay. Amount to be paid is auto populated BUT you can select any amount that is under the amount. For people that don't have money to pay, I ask them to pay $1 so that they know I filed when they are debited $1. 1 Quote

I did not have the letter (both Fed and state) clicked to show return would be efiled. When I changed that, the direct deposit and bank info appeared This was on ATX. Quote
