SC Return not showing bank account info

Federal return has bank account draft info on return (input on worksheet).  SC return marked "ACH debit" on page 3, but bank acct info not showing up and cannot override.   Why is it not appearing on form?  SC shown in jurisdiction information on bank information worksheet.

Create the efile file and see answer the questions. After it is cleared for efiling, print it.
