Update to prior phone call. He never came back to the phone in 15 minutes. He apparently laid it down and left. I called again and it was answered by a very nice rep who transferred me to balance due for my clients, wait time expected 35-50 minutes. That's OK, went about my work. Phone was picked up and immediately disconnected. I'm sorry, this is just frustrating.

I had basically the same experience!

I finally called the audit number and they answered right away but could only help me so far - after 1 1/2 hours! she would transfer me. I said another day..

man - How do you get them to do that - I had someone in here for over 2 hours  - mostly on hold - wait 5-7 minutes, etc to ID verify 2022 and them checked on his 2021 and after they told me it was coming - he had verified in here 2 x!! already =- he had to do it again as there was no record!!

Big party if it ever comes..
