I have a client that purchased a 2021 Toyota Prius Prime and wants the Qualified Plug in vehicle credit.

I have gone to multiple IRS sites and the US department of energy site.  All I can find is that the credit phase out initiated for this model started but I can't find out much else.  How do I know how much credit to take or if they can even get the credit?  All the IRS websites just seem to go around in circles?
