CA 541 E-file not creating in ATX

Anyone try to file a CA 541 yet?   I can't get the CA return to create the e-file.   Forms report from ATX shows the efile is approved???  Below is what I get when I try to create and below that is what the support site says.   I guess it will be a call to support tomorrow unless someone has a fix for this.

Either ATX is waiting for the final IRS approval or they just received final approval but haven't updated their software?

ATX support says the forms are approved but not for e-file yet?  How is an e-file form approved, but not for e-file?   Weird.  Feb 23rd expected date.
