mcbreck Posted February 3, 2023 Report Posted February 3, 2023 Just noticed an 1120S that I've completed and efiled isn't showing up in the PCM on the front page of the software. Shows up on the recent returns list and it shows up if I look them up with the Client Status Manager. Fed and State were both accepted so I'm done but wondering why it isn't showing up. The only other 1120S I have started so far is still on the list but not finished. I've done a "repair index files" Quote
jklcpa Posted February 3, 2023 Report Posted February 3, 2023 Did you mark it as "complete" and have the completed returns hidden? I do that so that I don't see the entire list all the time, only the returns that are in and not yet completed. 1 Quote
mcbreck Posted February 3, 2023 Author Report Posted February 3, 2023 That wasn't it. Not a big deal and I'm not going to work on it but it's weird. I think I'll hide completed just so I know to look elsewhere. 1 Quote
Catherine Posted February 6, 2023 Report Posted February 6, 2023 Have you opened the return on the computer where it's missing? I've noted that if I log in from a different computer, only the returns I've worked on, on that particular machine, show up in the list. Quote
mcbreck Posted February 7, 2023 Author Report Posted February 7, 2023 Thanks, I only use one computer. Quote
jklcpa Posted February 7, 2023 Report Posted February 7, 2023 Do you sometimes log in as preparer and other times as administrator, and do those both have the same access to all returns? I'm a one-person shop so I always log in as admin but have to use the preparer name if I want to use the scheduler. 1 Quote
Abby Normal Posted February 7, 2023 Report Posted February 7, 2023 I always create a Group called Admin2 that I give all of the privileges to, so more than one user can be an admin. Ooops! Sorry! I wandered in the Drake forum. I'll see myself out. 2 Quote
Terry D EA Posted February 7, 2023 Report Posted February 7, 2023 Try this. Go to tools, repair index files. Be sure to click on all files. You can uncheck the test or sample returns. This tool runs very quickly and usually aligns everything back up. 2 Quote
