I have been busy being engaged to the most wonderful woman in the world (in my humble opinion). I have been very busy with yardwork and honey-do items around the house that I could not get done during tax season. Ou trip to Key West was fun...but it is a VERY expensive place to eat and drink.... for two people, an average meal of salad, sandwich, side, and drink was $75.00....a nice "formal" meal for dinner for two averaged $120...but we had a blast and I asked her to marry me..and she said yes.

Congratulations and best of everything. She must be very special. The honey-do list will probably get longer as time goes by, but your love for each other should double, triple, and hundred-fold the length of that honey-do list. Wishing you many, many years of happiness.

Looks like she already has had an effect on you. I don't sense any of the JB humor in this post.

Anyway, congratulations! I hear that married men either live longer or Die early because they want to! jk

JB, add my congratulations to the list. Don't let the honey do list get you so busy that you don't have time to post here and keep us up to date with what's going on.

Good for you....and from what we know of you; she is a lucky woman. Wed is our 48th Anniversary. Doesn't seem possible. I still feel younger than that (some of the time). Bless both of you and keep us posted.

Congrats, JB! "May you live as long as you love, and love as long as you live!"

Congrats JB. I'll add a slightly different version of Gail's wishes. "May you live as long as you want, and never want as long as you live."
