Is this income taxable to him as US and WI resident? Thx does not meet the number of days overseas requirement, only a semester. Quote

I believe taxable if doesn't qualify for 2555. IMHO. Anybody Agree?/Disagree? Unless special treatment under some tax treaty with Germany? Quote
