ffandy Posted June 5, 2008 Report Posted June 5, 2008 Hello. This is post #1. I have called and E-mailed customer service 4 times during the past 30 days about a federal corporate E-file that shows as "Validated by EFC". No responses to my last 2 E-mails. When I called 2 weeks ago the customer service rep took forever to get to the point of telling me that he'd have to have the "EFC" do something. Since then nothing. Even more fun is that the California E-File was rejected with the error "Your return does not match the latest published FTB schema or is not well formed. You must contact your software provider to resolve this error." Yes I have the latest version of ATX. No one at ATX has responded to me about this. Have other people had this kind of terrible service (totally ignored, no response, slow telephone support)? I have a feeling I'm going to have to resort to PAPER FILING!!!! Lovely. Quote
RoyDaleOne Posted June 6, 2008 Report Posted June 6, 2008 I have one client in that status. First, customer service send me a fax that says the return was accepted by the IRS. Second, customer service has twice now told me I was SOL in getting the status changed on my computer. Quote
ADGFINANCIAL Posted June 6, 2008 Report Posted June 6, 2008 I had this happen once. Not your status but in getting thru. I went directly to the ATX website to save time. Checked the e-file Center and then the E-file Status for my client. Did you do that? It showed accepted never got my database corrected until a later date. Quote
