Check within your own software for a possible worksheet.

CFS Tax Tools has one. You can use some of the Tools for free for a limited number of uses, but the whole package is not very expensive for what you get: https://taxtoolsworkshop.com/

Someone gave me this in 2014, so not sure how it holds up to current law:

You should be able to open a new S corp return in ATX and print the basis worksheets from within your software.  If it needs an amount to print, fill in something like $1 opening balance.
