Foreign taxes paid in Israel

Hi;

I'm working on clients Sub-S, and he went to Israel for 6 months and did business there. He had to pay Israel taxes for the income. Do I deduct this expense in full under taxes & licenses, or is only part deductible. Unsure how to deduct this tax paid.
