Amy (biznester) Posted April 15, 2008 Report Posted April 15, 2008 LOL, I just posted much of the same over in the Efile forum http://www.atxcommunity.com/index.php?showtopic=2762&hl= Are you just sitting tight, waiting for the Validated status to change? I, too, would like to know if Validated means that ATX has accepted it for transmittal... Quote
SCL Posted April 15, 2008 Author Report Posted April 15, 2008 i am operating under the assumption that "validated" means it is timely filed and everything is "groovy". Quote
Tax Prep by Deb Posted April 15, 2008 Report Posted April 15, 2008 In all the past years we were told that the time that ATX receives it from us is the postmark that it has been timely filed. In the past we were given notices to that effect, but this year ATX is a totally different thing. It's basically anybody's guess! Deb! Quote
joanmcq Posted April 15, 2008 Report Posted April 15, 2008 I finally got into My ATX and all the efiles are showing up as transmitted to IRS; there's just no acks back . I think I'll take my laptop to work so I can check these throughout the day. Or find out where the late post office is open. Quote
