How to final fiscal 1120 corp in 2020 with deadline March 15 coming up !!!!!

Iam new in tax accounting. I recently have a final fiscal tax 1120 corp and I need your guidance.

My company doesn't help me much because everyone is busy.

I work with ultra tax and need to make some journal entry to close out

I am zero balance sheet out and the plug number will be distribution.

However, I found my self schedule M is showing a big negative in ending balance.

How can I fixed it, do I make any journal entry.

Please help me out if you can or show me step by step to from books to system.
