Is the IRS Accepting 2021 1040X Via E-File Already?

The 2021 1040X appears as approved on ATX Support, so am I assuming correctly that it is being accepted by the IRS?  I have a client who wants to claim EIC using 2019 income.

I admire your clients. My clients don't make that suggestion.
