Are we required to answer questions #4 and #5 under Step 4 for Filers without a qualifying child? These questions (about homeless shelter) do not apply to my clients. We didn't have these questions last year.

I don't do many returns that require me to answer these due diligence questions.

However they are one of the most annoying things I do every year.
