Ktouchi Posted January 12, 2022 Report Posted January 12, 2022 The ATX software is printing the 1099s duplex. The duplex option is not on in the print preferences or my printer. Has anyone had this problem and found a fix? Quote
Lee B Posted January 12, 2022 Report Posted January 12, 2022 Output it as a pdf file, then print from the pdf copy. ATX has a long history of quirky printing issues. Quote
Ktouchi Posted January 12, 2022 Author Report Posted January 12, 2022 I did try that but doesn't align well enough to the recipient 1099 form. Quote
Lee B Posted January 12, 2022 Report Posted January 12, 2022 Did you check the Print Manager settings? Quote
Ktouchi Posted January 12, 2022 Author Report Posted January 12, 2022 I did. Duplex is not checked. The work around is printing one page of 1099s at a time. Quote

Medlin Software, Dennis Posted January 13, 2022 Report Posted January 13, 2022 Check your printer software settings. Unless ATX is forcing a setting, your printer settings will be used. Even when software asks for something, the printer may or may not respond... Quote
