Christian Posted May 18, 2021 Report Posted May 18, 2021 I recently had to prepare a client return again in order to efile it. The original efile was rejected as the Service showed the wife as deceased. Our state Senator got that cleared but I had to recreate the return in order to refile. After submission I got a reject stating I did not have a subscription to Versicom. Well no I don't and have no clue what that is. They provided a number to call or said I could simply remove it from the efile. I have no clue how to remove it nor even know what they are talking about as I did not select it to begin with. Does anyone have a simple fix to this one ? Quote
