Unable to Open Returns

I am trying to open returns and I keep getting this error message:

Missing form/incorrect version

Common Sections Version required 197/ update version 197. I'm also having the issue with KY Sch M. 

 

I click to update update now but nothing happens and cannot open any return.  Has anyone encountered this? I tried the support drop down, and re-download forms but that doesn't help.

Can you create a new client?

As you know, you can update the program or update the forms, have you done both?

There's a utility to redownload all forms for a return. Mark the return and look under the Support menu, and then Customer Service Utilities.
