ATX server down?

EFC transmission failed and the support site is 'down for maintenance'. Any one got a clue? Any of those tech staff online can tell us? This is a day I go to my day job, so I can't call in; was just checking acks before I went to work.

Thanks for the posted note. I can't connect either and I have a bunch of pickups starting at 10:00 CDT. It is good to know it is not me so can explain I will file later.

What I really love is how the whole thing freezes! Geez - if it can't find the server, then quit, and let me get back to work. I don't care to have to shut down my machine just because they have problems on their end. That's probably my biggest gripe with their system.

Yes, all their sites, except sales, seem to be 'down for maintenance' right now. I very much doubt if it's maintenance, it's probably an unplanned problem they are working to fix. And I have no doubt they are frantically working to fix it. It's really a pain, tho, how they have these situations happen and they do not bother to communicate to the users. Clearly, things do happen, beyond the control of the company, sometimes. But the lack of communication is still irritating.

I just had a can of beer and feel MUCH better. The server is working. I just filed several returns and got several acks back. Cheers....two stragglers coming in within the hour.
