Hawaii and pensions

I know the DFAS pension is not taxable to Hawaii, but what about OPM pension? I see that "public pensions" are not taxed, but I don't know what Hawaii deems taxable and non-taxable specifically from OPM. 

I have Thrift Savings Plan pension here, too. I believe that one IS taxable. 

Praying someone from Hawaii will chime in on this.
