1041 Trust E-File

Is there a trick to e-filing the 1041's I have never tried to e-file one before. I was using the 8879-F and the EFC wouldn't accept it. No real details as to why. Thanks

Last year I had a similiar problem. Is this the first year for the trust? If it is file it as paper because it needs to be on file 1 year before you can e-file. That was what I was told last year. I have not filed my 1041's yet, so I am hoping I can e-file, as they were paper filed last year.

The trust itself has been filed before - just not by me. I'm having trouble transmitting a regular 1040 also now...might just be another server problem
